Nicotine-loaded polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers were successfully produced by the electrospinning technique. Nicotine-loaded PVA solutions of varying concentrations were prepared, and their chemical composition, conductivity, and viscosity were determined using attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and a rheometer.
