Poly (D, L-Lactic-co-Glycolic Acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles were modified by adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to the aqueous phase (F1) or oil phase (F2), or by low (F3) or medium (F4) molecular weight chitosan.
