IIUM’s 14th Convocation Ceremony was held at Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur on 28 November 1998. HRH Sultan Ahmad Shah ibn Abu Bakar, the IIUM Constitutional Head, conferred the academic degrees to the graduands.
