Dr. Jaffar Syed Mohamed Ali, a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), obtained both his M.Tech. and Ph.D in the field of Aerospace Engineering in 1993 and 1998 respectively. He obtained the Bachelor of Technology (AMAeSI) from Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi, India in 1990 in the field of Aeronautical Engineering. He
