Kulwant holds a Master's degree in English as a Second Language (MESL). She is currently pursuing her Ph.D at the National University of Malaysia (UKM). She joined IIUM in 2007 as a CELPAD lecturer. For the past eight years, Kulwant has held several positions i.e. Assistant Coordinator of Level 5 and Testing and Measurement Unit Representative
